Do we have any Benelli TRK 502 X owners in the house?
wondering about what unit to use and where/how to power it up.
Picked one up today for my lady. We know what they are all about and where they are from etc etc and there will be haters ( don’t give a F about them ) but this is a stepping stone for her to get her confidence back. It was a good price, only 3000km on the clock and can’t really go too far wrong for the money. I personally think it looks great and was a very easy bike to ride. Perfect for her after her little accident to get her back in the saddle.
Anyway would like to put a unit on it and the reason for asking was I had been told that there was a ‘spare’ power cable under the dash. I think I been fooled haha. There is a USB socket whereby its cable connects to a power supply ( like on BMW ) I have a spare BMW mount and units for that but the connections are not the same.
Hoping someone has experience with the bike and maybe can give some tips or maybe somebody knows. I can take some pics if needed . It’s a two pin oval cable that goes to the power.
