Can I ask, does the ceramic coating not affect tyres and brakes, I see you applied it with an air gun in one of your other videos? Do you just spray it on and wipe off, or is that just a quick ceramic detailer you are using here?
@the-irishman it’s a ceramic coating - this one is a one year durability and the others with the air gun are 3,5 or 8 year pro level coatings and they do not affect the brakes or tyres…otherwise I wouldn’t be doing it like that…
I had my bike ceramic coated using the same process with the air gun, I had wondered how the guy had managed to not affect the brakes and tyres when applying it to the calipers and other areas of the bike. Thanks for the info, every day is a school day

the coating farm ceramics that i use are designed for bikes. It’s heat resistant to around 800°C and the compoistion of it is the ceramic and an alcohol carrier. The carrier evaporates and leaves the ceramic behind. Even if you spray directly onto the brake pads, as soon as you press the brakes - for a micro-second you will actually have stronger brakes then back to normal. I actually tested it on my GSA front calipers when we first got it a few years back.
